Having beaten Rothwell Corinthians 7-2 at home last Saturday, Stotfold recorded a ‘double’ with another substantial victory against the Premier Division’s bottom club. Corries actually took an early lead but Stotfold hit back hold a 3-1 advantage at the interval. Two further goals put the visitors out of sight and Rothwell netted a late consolation goal.
